血瘀证冠心病Gensini评分与舌下静脉的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血瘀证冠心病Gensini评分与舌下静脉的相关性。方法:选取符合入选标准,经冠状动脉造影检查确诊且符合血瘀证诊断标准的冠心病患者100例,根据冠状动脉造影结果进行Gensini评分评估冠脉病变程度,并进行舌下静脉的定量分级。结果:舌下静脉分级0级和1级之间,1级和2级之间,2级和3级之间,Gensini评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血瘀证冠心病患者Gensini评分与舌下静脉有一定的相关性,即随着舌下静脉曲张度数的升高而增高,Gensini评分在血瘀证患者中增长趋势为0级<1级<2级<3级。舌下静脉分度越高,冠脉狭窄的可能性越大。舌下静脉对判断冠状动脉的狭窄情况有一定的临床价值。Objective:To approach the correlativity between Gensini score of coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome and sublingual vein.Methods:100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria,were checked and diagnosed by coronary arteriography and met the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome were selected.According to results of coronary arteriography,Gensini scoring was made,so as to evaluate the degree of coronary artery lesion.The sublingual vein was graded quantitatively by observing the venae characteristic.Results:Between grade 0 and 1,grade 1 and 2 and grade 2 and 3 of sublingual vein grading,the differences of Gensini score were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome has a certain correlativity to sublingual veins,which increases with the increase of varicose degree of sublingual veins,i.e.Gensini score of patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome increases with the trend of grade 0﹤grade 1﹤grade 2﹤grade 3.The higher the grading of sublingual vein is,the greater the possibility of coronary artery stenosis is.The sublingual vein has a certain clinical value for judging the stenosis of coronary artery.
