互联网使用、社会信任与患方信任——基于因果中介模型的分析

摘　　要：当前,医患关系紧张是影响社会和谐的重要因素,引发了人们在互联网平台的讨论和学者的关注。本研究立足于分析影响患方信任的相关因素。具体而言,本研究通过引入因果中介模型,一方面去除社会选择偏误,科学分析互联网使用和社会信任、患方信任之间的因果机制;另一方面,分析互联网如何通过社会信任的中介作用影响患方信任。结果显示,互联网使用会降低社会信任和患方信任,同时互联网使用还会通过降低社会信任而间接影响患方信任。因而,改善医患关系不仅需要医疗系统的努力,还需要社会多方面努力,提高社会文明程度,促进社会和谐。Nowadays,the tension between patients and doctors is an obstacle in building a harmonious society,which brings broad discussions on online platforms and draws attention of scholars. This study is based on the analyses of the factors affecting the patient’s trust towards doctors. To be specific,causal mediation analysis( CMA) is introduced in this paper. O n the one hand,it removes social desirability bias and helps to identify the real effect of the Internet on social trust and patients’ trust;on the other,CMA provides a scientific perspective to evaluate the mediation effect of social trust on patients’ trust. The results showthat the use of the Internet will reduce social trust and patients’ trust towards doctors,and will indirectly affect the patients’ trust by reducing social trust. Therefore,improving the doctor-patient relationship requires not only the efforts of medical workers,but also the efforts of all sectors of society to promote social progress and harmony.
