摘  要:目的探讨高频超声联合血清TSGH检测在甲状腺癌诊断中的价值。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院收治的76例疑似甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,且均进行血清TSGH、高频超声诊断。以病理活检结果为金标准,对比各种诊断方式的正确率、特异性、敏感性、误诊率、漏诊率。结果血清TSGH联合高频超声对髓样癌、乳头状癌滤泡型、微小乳头状癌、乳头状癌的诊断正确率高于单方面诊断(P<0.05),而血清TSGH联合高频超声的特异性、敏感性高于单方面诊断(血清TSGH、高频超声)(P<0.05)。结论在诊断甲状腺癌患者时,运用高频超声联合血清TSGH技术,可提高诊断正确率。Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with serum TSGH in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods 76 suspected thyroid cancer patients from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and all patients were diagnosed by serum TSGH and high-frequency ultrasound. The accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of various diagnostic methods were compared with pathological biopsy results as the gold standard. Results The diagnostic accuracy of serum TSGH combined with high frequency ultrasound for medullary carcinoma, papillary carcinoma follicular type, micropapillary carcinoma, and papillary carcinoma was higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05), but the specificity and sensitivity of serum TSGH combined with high frequency ultrasound were higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05). Conclusion High frequency ultrasound combined with serum TSGH can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of thyroid cancer.
