摘　　要：海南设立自贸区(港)是中国大国战略态度的重要转型,在此背景下,地方高校国际传播人才培养的研究对海南向其周边辐射国家文化特性、国际舆论应对、媒介生态研究、储备传媒后备人才等方面有重要意义。当今国际形势与舆论多元变化,传媒格局经历了深度的调整,中国各个开设了国际传播学专业的高校必须有所应对。近年来,国际传播学专业成为热门选择,开设该专业的地方高校也越来越多,已然成为中国传媒人才培养的重要力量。该文试图从海南新的发展机遇下,地方高校人才培养课程体系的建设入手,分析地方国际传播人才培养中面临的困境,并提出相对应的解决策略,探讨海南国际传播人才的培养方式及路径。The construction of the free trade area(port)in Hainan is an important transmission of our country’s great power strategy.Under this background,the study on the talent cultivation of international communication major in local university is of great significance for Hainan to spread national cultural characteristics,the response to International public opinion,media ecology research and media reserve talents preparation to the surroundings.Nowadays,the international situation and the public opinion are changing variously,and the media structure has experienced a deep adjustment.Therefore,some universities and colleges in China must have response.In recent years,the international communication major has become a hot choice,and there are more and more local universities opening this major,and it has already become an important force for our country’s media talents cultivation.This paper tries to start from the construction of the talents cultivation course system in local universities under Hainan’s new development opportunities to analyze the difficult situations met by the local international communication talents cultivation and to propose corresponding solutions as well as to explore the cultivation methods and paths of international communication talents in Hainan.
