摘  要:采用分布参数法建立车用多元平行流冷凝器仿真模型,模拟2种流程布置的冷凝器换热和流动特性,仿真结果表明:与试验结果相比,冷凝器换热量的模拟结果偏差不超过±5%,空气出口温度偏差不超过±10%,制冷剂出口温度偏差不超过±15%,说明仿真模型能够较好地预测多元平行流冷凝器的换热和流动特性。通过50种流程布置方案仿真计算结果发现:车用多元平行流冷凝器的流程数不宜过多,一般以不超过5流程为宜,且最优化的流程布置方案更可能出现在流程数较少的情况下。The simulation model of multi-unit parallel-flow condenser for vehicles is established using distributed parameter method. The heat transfer and flow characteristics of the condensers in two different layout are simulated. The results show that compared with the experimental results,the simulation deviations of heat transfer capacity of condenser,the air outlet temperature,the refrigerant outlet temperature are within ± 5%,± 10% and ± 15% respectively,which indicate that the simulation model can predict the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the multi-unit parallel-flow condenser. The simulation results of 50 kinds of layout scheme show that the number of flow paths for multi-unit parallel-flow condenser for vehicles should not be too large,generally not more than 5 paths,and the optimal layout is more likely to occur in fewer paths.
