纯逆流冷凝器在水冷单元式空调机中的应用

摘  要:介绍纯逆流冷凝器的技术及工作原理,及其在强化换热方面的优势。分别测试采用纯逆流冷凝器和传统冷凝器的水冷单元式空调机,从制冷量、能效比、冷凝器换热量、冷凝器换热系数等方面进行对比分析。结果表明:纯逆流冷凝器的换热系数比传统冷凝器提升约30%,采用纯逆流冷凝器的水冷单元式空调机的制冷量比用传统冷凝器的水冷单元式空调机提升约8%,能效比提升约12%。The technology and working principle of the pure countercurrent condenser are introduced,as well as its advantages at heat transfer enhancement. Through the test on the watercooled unitary air conditioners with pure countercurrent condenser and traditional condenser respectively,the cooling capacity,EER,heat exchange amount and heat transfer coefficient of the condensers are compared. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the pure countercurrent condenser is increased by nearly 30% compared with the traditional condenser. Meanwhile,compared with the water-cooled unitary air conditioner with traditional condenser,the cooling capacity and the EER of the water-cooled unitary air conditioner with pure countercurrent condenser is increased by nearly 8% and 12% respectively.
