麻杏宣肺解毒汤治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察麻杏宣肺解毒汤治疗普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效。方法纳入普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各25例。对照组采用α-干扰素雾化吸入加克立芝(洛匹那韦利托那韦)口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加麻杏宣肺解毒汤口服,疗程均为10 d。观察两组患者中医证候积分,发热、咳嗽症状持续时间、治疗后胸部CT影像变化及病情进展为重型的例数。结果疗程结束后,治疗组中医证候积分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),发热、咳嗽症状持续时间明显缩短(P<0.05),治疗组胸部CT病灶吸收好转例数多于对照组(P<0.01),病灶进展例数少于对照组(P<0.05),且无1例病情进展为重型,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻杏宣肺解毒汤能显著改善普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者发热、咳嗽、胸闷等临床症状,加速肺部病灶吸收,从而达到控制病情进展,加速患者康复的效果。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Maxing Xuanfei Jiedu Decoction on moderate COVID-19 patients. Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was orally administered with α-interferon nebulization plus clinicium(Lopinavir/Ritonavir). The treatment group was added with Maxing Xuanfei Jiedu Decoction orally based on that. Both groups were treated for 10 days.TCM syndrome scores,duration of cough and fever,changes in chest CT images after treatment and the number of cases with severe disease progression were observed. Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.01),and the durations of fever and cough were significantly shortened(P< 0.05);the number of cases with improved chest CT lesions was better than that in the control group(P< 0.01);the number of cases of lesion progression was less than that of the control group(P< 0.05),and none of the cases progressed to severe disease. Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Maxing Xuanfei Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms,such as fever,cough and chest tightness in patients with moderate COVID-19,and accelerate the absorption of lung lesions,thereby controlling the progress of the disease and accelerating the recovery of patients.
