截断气分传变治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的救治思路

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)的病机是风疫侵袭,引动内在郁热,而致外风内热交炽盘踞气分,气机失调,肺气郁闭,宣肃失司引起肺的功能失调和实质损害。笔者运用卫气营血辨证和六经辨证思想探究新冠肺炎的病机要素,提出截断气分传变是新冠肺炎治疗的枢机,以抗感合剂外散风热、内清郁热、和解气机、扶正祛邪治疗新冠肺炎普通型和重型。抗感合剂配合西药治疗,病例全部症状改善、体温正常、胸部CT炎症吸收、核酸转阴痊愈出院。笔者认为,截断气分传变是控制新冠肺炎病情进展、促进痊愈的重要枢机。It was proposed that truncating the change of Qifen syndrome was the cardinal for the treatment of NCP with wei-Qi-camp-blood syndrome differentiation and syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians to explore the pathogenesis factors of NCP. According to the pathogenesis of the disease,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan was put forward,and an important preparation for NCP was developed. The pathogenesis of NCP was wind epidemic invasion,which induced the internal heat stagnation,the external wind and internal heat exchanged,the gas entrapment,Qi dysregulation,the lung dysfunction and substantial damage caused by the lung Qi stagnation. It was put forward that Kanggan Mixture could dissipate wind heat outside,clear heat inside,dissolve Qi,help dispel evil spirits,and treat the common type and heavy type of NCP. Kanggan Mixture is used to dissipate wind heat outside,clear heat inside,settle down Qi and help to dispel evil spirits. Cooperating with Western medicine treatment,it can improve all symptoms. The body temperature is normal,with chest CT inflammation absorption,and nucleic acid transferring into Yin. Blocking the transcriptional transformation of Qi is an important cardinal to control the progress of NCP and promote the recovery.
