中医“五联疗法”对肺阴不足型干眼症患者中医证候积分、临床症状改善及SF-36评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医"五联疗法"对肺阴不足型干眼症患者中医证候积分、临床症状改善及健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的影响。方法将90例肺阴不足型干眼症患者按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者给予中医"五联疗法"治疗(穴位注射+针刺疗法+中药离子导入治疗+中药眼部熏药治疗+口服中药汤治疗)。观察并比较两组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、SF-36评分以及不良反应的情况。结果治疗前两组患者中医证候积分无明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分较治疗前均明显降低,且研究组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后生理机能比较无明显差异(P> 0.05),研究组患者除生理机能外其余7个条目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论中医"五联疗法"治疗肺阴不足型干眼症能够获得较佳的临床疗效,对临床症状具有明显的改善作用,同时可提高患者生活质量,且安全性高,可作为肺阴不足型干眼症患者首选治疗方案。Objective:To investigate effect of Chinese medicine "Five-Link Therapy" on TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom and SF-36 score in patients with dry eye syndrome of insufficient pulmonary Yin. Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The study group received the Chinese medicine "Five-Link Therapy" including acupoint injection,acupuncture therapy,iontophoresis of Chinese medicinal herbs,eye fumigation and oral Chinese decoction. The TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,SF-36 score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:TCM syndrome scores between the two groups had no difference before treatment(P > 0.05),which were decreased after treatment,and were lower in the study group than in the control group(P< 0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). The physiological function between the two groups after intervention had no difference(P > 0.05),and the scores of 7 items except physiological function in the study group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The application of the Chinese medicine "Five-Link Therapy" can obtain better clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety as the first treatment for dry eye of insufficient pulmonary Yin patients.
