摘  要:研究了不同NaN3浓度和诱变时间处理对香蕉品种农科1号不定芽的诱变效果。结果表明,0.15 g/L NaN3处理3 h和0.25 g/L NaN3处理2 h为农科1号不定芽诱变的适宜处理组合,在这2个诱变条件下,农科1号香蕉不定芽致死率接近半致死率,存活的不定芽能够恢复生长和增殖,容易获得再生植株。Different concentrations of sodium azide combined with different mutation times were applied to mutagenize the adventitious buds of Nongke 1 banana.The results showed that both 0.15 g/L sodium azide combined with 3 h treatment and 0.25 g/L sodium azide combined with 2 h treatment were suitable combinations for mutation of adventitious buds of Nongke 1 banana,with which the lethal rate was close to 50%,the survival buds were able to restored growth and multiplication after the mutation.
