摘 要:文冠果作为生物油料能源植物,具有经济、药用、食用价值,是荒漠治理的重要树种,其开发利用有重要意义。研究文冠果的种子产量问题可以为资源开发利用和优良品种的选育提供科学依据。本文以引进的11份文冠果种质为研究材料,通过观测单株枝叶性状、花性状、种实性状、产量相关性状等共28个性状,采用相关分析、多元回归分析和通径分析,找出影响引进文冠果种质种子产量的主要因素。结果表明,种子产量与花序数目、可孕花数目、4心皮结果数、单株结果个数、果实鲜重、出籽率均有极显著正相关关系。3心皮结果数、果实鲜重、出籽率是影响单株种子产量的主要因素。在初步筛选高产单株时,可选择花序数目多、可孕花数目多、4心皮结果数多、单株结果个数多、果实鲜重大、出籽率大的单株作为优良高产单株。As a bio-oil energy plant,Xanthoceras sorbifolia has economic,medicinal and edible value,and is an important tree species for desert management,its development and utilization have important significance.The research on the seed yield of X.sorbifolia can provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of resources and the breeding of superior varieties.In this paper,11 samples of the introduced germplasm were used as the research materials,the main factors affecting the seed yield of the introduced germplasm were identified through observing 28 traits of single plant,such as branch and leaf traits,flower traits,seed traits and yield-related traits,by the methods of correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis and path analysis.The results showed that the seed yield was positively correlated with the number of inflorescence,number of pregnable flowers,number of 4-carpels fruits,number of fruits per plant,weight of fresh fruit and the rate of seed production.The number of 3-carpels fruits,weight of fresh fruits and the rate of seed production were the main factors affecting seed yield per plant.In the preliminary screening of high-yield single plant,the single plant with more inflorescences,more pregnant flowers,more 4-carpels fruits,more fruits per plant,heavier fresh fruits and high seed production rate can be selected as the excellent high-yield single plant.
