膝前交叉韧带损伤患者在关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术的围术期护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨膝前交叉韧带损伤患者在关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术的围术期护理效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年7月我院收治的86例膝前交叉韧带损伤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=44),2组均于关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术,对照组行常规护理,观察组行围术期护理。对比2组患者术前及术后3个月的疼痛程度、膝关节恢复情况。结果 2组患者术前的VAS评分以及Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术后3个月的VAS评分低于术前,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后3个月的Lysholm评分高于术前,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝前交叉韧带损伤患者在关节镜下行自体腘绳肌腱鞘内重建术期间实行围术期护理,可缓解术后疼痛感,更有利于膝关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for arthroscopic autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury. Methods 86 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury who admitted in the hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were divided into control group(n=42) and observation group(n=44)according to random number table. Two groups underwent arthroscopic autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction. Control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given perioperative nursing. The pain and knee joint recovery of two groups before and after treatment for 3 months were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in the VAS score and Lysholm score between two groups before surgery(P>0.05);The VAS scores in two groups after surgery for 3 months were lower than those before surgery, and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);The Lysholm scores in two groups after surgery for 3 months were higher than those before surgery, and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing for arthroscopic autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury can relieve postoperative pain and promote postoperative recovery of knee joint.
