自制女性接尿器的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制女性接尿器的临床应用。方法选择我院2019年3月—9月术后不能自行下床的女性患者60例随机分为2组,对照组使用留置导尿管或者便盆排尿,研究组使用自制女性接尿器。观察对比2组患者术后疼痛程度及对护理效果的评价。结果研究组患者满意率为100.00%,对照组满意率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于长期卧床、不能自行下床的女性患者而言,选择自制女性接尿器替代传统的导尿管、排便盆排尿,有利于减轻痛苦,提高护理质量及满意度。Objective To explore the clinical application of self-made female urine collector. Methods 60 female patients who were unable to get out of bed after operation in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group used indwelling urinary catheter or bedpan to urinate,while patients in the study group used self-made female urine receiver to observe and compare the success rate of urine collection,degree of skin injury and urinary system infection of the two patients.Results the satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 100.00%,and that in the control group was 76.67%. the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For female patients who are bedridden for a long time and cannot get out of bed by themselves,choosing self-made female urine receiver to replace traditional urinary catheter and defecation basin for urination is helpful to relieve pain,and this nursing method is worth popularizing.
