摘　　要：目的探讨知识技能训练对社区护理人员糖尿病知识掌握、管理态度及行为的影响。方法将我社区2017年1月—2019年12月流动的120例护理人员纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各60例。对照组接受常规社区服务管理,观察组在此基础上加用知识技能训练,比较2组糖尿病知识掌握程度、管理态度及行为。结果观察组糖尿病知识掌握程度问卷评分、管理态度及行为问卷评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知识技能训练可有效提高社区护理人员糖尿病知识掌握程度,改善其管理态度及行为。Objective To explore the impact of knowledge and skills training on diabetes knowledge acquisition,management attitude and behavior of community nursing staff. Methods A total of 120 nursing staff who were mobile in our community from January 2017 to December 2019 were included in the study. They were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, each with 60 cases. The control group received routine community nursing management, and the observation group added knowledge and skills training on this basis. The knowledge of diabetes, management attitude and behavior were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of diabetes knowledge acquisition questionnaire, management attitude and behavior questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge skills training can effectively improve the knowledge of diabetes among community nursing staff and improve their management attitude and behavior.
