摘　　要：住宅屋面及相关设施的修缮改造是城市更新中不可或缺的重要工作。文章基于既有住宅的现状条件,综合考虑安全性、适宜性、可操作性,结合工程实践经验,分析本市既有住宅屋面及相关设施修缮改造施工关键技术,为相关工程的实施提供借鉴。Urban renewal has entered the“new normal”,and the repair and renovation of residential roofs and related facilities is an indispensable and important work of urban renewal.Based on the current conditions of existing residential buildings,considering safety,suitability and operability,and combining with engineering practice experience,this paper puts forward the key technologies of repair and renovation of existing residential roofs and related facilities in this city,which can provide reference for the implementation of related projects.
