摘  要:对管制扇区管制移交间隔进行分析,结合空中交通流量管理理论以及管制移交准则,以管制移交间隔值MIT作为直接变量,建立了基于扇区负荷的区域扇区管制移交间隔模型。以某区域管制01扇区为研究对象,为进入该扇区的航空器间隔控制、调速和配备合理高度层,以航空器总延误时间和扇区内总飞行时间为目标函数,并采用MOPSO(多目标粒子群优化算法)进行优化求解。算例分析表明,方法可有效降低航班延误,一定幅度上提高空域使用效率,可为管制单位合理发布移交间隔缓解拥堵提供参考。Based on the analysis of the control sector handover interval,combined with the air traffic flow management theory and control handover criteria,taking the control handover interval value MIT as a direct variable,sector handover interval model based on sector load is established.Taking sector 01 of an area control center as the research object,in order to speed,interval management and equip the aircraft entering the sector with a reasonable level,the total delay time of the aircraft and the total flight time in the sector are taken as the objective function,and optimized by using MOPSO(multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm).The analysis of the example shows that this method can effectively reduce flight delay and improve the efficiency of airspace use to a certain extent.It can provide a reference for the regulatory unit to issue a reasonable handover interval to alleviate congestion.
