摘  要:基于自主开发的程序开展泄压空间内炸药爆炸温度场数值计算,初步探讨泄压口大小对泄压空间内爆炸温度载荷的影响规律。研究表明:准静态温度峰值、准静态温度平稳值与泄压口边长近似呈线性关系,且随着泄压口边长的增大而减小;随着泄压口边长的增大,爆炸后期准静态温度直线衰减速率呈非线性关系;其他条件不变时,随着泄压口边长的增加,泄压对于温度载荷的降低效果更明显。Numerical calculation of explosion temperature field in venting space is carried out based on an in-house 3 D high precision numerical code,and the influence of venting hole sizes on temperature load in venting space is preliminarily discussed.The simulation results indicates that the peak quasi-static temperature and the stationary value of quasi-static temperature are approximately linear with profile sizes of venting holes,which decreases with the increase of the profile sizes of venting holes.The linear attenuation rate of quasi-static temperature increases nonlinearly at the later stage of explosion with the increase of the profile sizes of venting holes.Compared with the explosion in the closed space under the same initial conditions,with the increase of profile sizes of venting holes,the reduction effect of pressure relief on the temperature load is more obvious.
