摘　　要：根据市场需求,设计研发锦纶、涤纶、黏胶等长丝作为经纱的新型棉纺织面料,通过产品试织,归纳整经、浆纱浆丝、织造等生产工艺技术要点,解决生产中的技术问题,并总结出生产经验。结果表明,新设计的面料兼具棉纺和丝绸两种风格特点,突出了产品的风格特点和行业融合的优势,具有一定的市场竞争力。According to market demand, the design and development of nylon, polyester, viscose and other filament as a new type of cotton textile fabric for warp, through the trial weaving of products, summarized the key points of production technology such as warping, sizing yarn sizing, weaving, etc., solved the technical problems in production, summed up the production experience. The article shows that the newly designed fabric has the characteristics of both cotton and silk styles, highlighting the style characteristics of products and the advantages of industry integration, and has certain competitiveness.
