摘  要:调相机作为电网进行无功补偿的重要设备,在无功调节的过程中,在电机内将会产生诸多损耗,这些损耗最终均以热量形式传递出去,部分难以及时散出的热量使电机各部分温度升高,绝缘老化,影响了调相机的安全运行。目前,水内冷电机的定子绕组中的空心股线多采用上下截面相等的结构,为了降低调相机内绕组的损耗,本文提出了一种新型的绕组结构,即空心股线的上截面大于下截面的结构。以一台300Mvar的大型调相机为例,建立两种结构下的定子线棒的二维电磁场有限元仿真模型,计算出各根股线的电阻增大系数;在此基础上,建立定子温度场的三维数学模型,结果表明:空心股线采用上下截面不等结构时,空心股线周围温度最高点的温升有所降低。As a common equipment for reactive power compensation of power grid,when the condenser adjusts the reactive power of the grid,lots of losses generated as well.Most of these losses will eventually be converted into heat,which will increase the temperature of each part of the motor and make winding uninsulated,hindering the safe operation of the condenser.Currently,the hollow strands in the stator winding of the water-cooled motor adopt the structure of equal upper and lower sections.In order to reduce the loss of the inner winding of the condenser,a new type of winding structure is proposed,which the upper section of the hollow strand is larger than the lower section.Taking a 300 Mvar large condenser as an example,this paper establish two-dimensional electromagnetic field finite element simulation models of stator bars with two structures to calculate the resistance increase coefficient of the each strand.Based on this,a large condenser stator is established.The three-dimensional mathematical model of the temperature field shows that when the hollow strands adopt different structures of upper and lower sections,the temperature of the hollow strands is reduced.
