摘　　要：根据舞钢生产并供货的180 mm厚热高压分离器用12Cr2Mo1VR钢板技术要求和研发难度,针对钢板成分、组织、全厚度硬度、常温与高温拉伸性能、低温冲击韧性及步冷脆化性能等进行分析和研究。结果表明:钢板的成分及组织均匀、步冷脆化性能及力学性能良好,实物质量可靠,较好地满足了用户的使用要求。Based on the technical requirements and research difficulties of 180 mm thickness 12 Cr2 Mo1 VR steel plate for high pressure hot separator produced and supplied by Wusteel,experimental analysis and research are performed on the chemical composition,microstructure,through thickness hardness,ambient and high temperature tensile properties,low temperature impact toughness and step cooling embrittlement properties of the steel plate.The results show that the steel plate is of uniform composition and microstructure,good step cooling embrittlement and mechanical properties,reliable actual product quality,which satisfies the application requirements of customers.
