摘 要:保护渣中的氟元素在连铸过程中会产生有害的氟化物,对生产设备、环境及操作人员造成危害。通过向保护渣中加入含Li2O、B2O3、BaO、MnO等成分的材料,进行含氟材料替代试验。在实验室利用X射线荧光分析仪、高温物性测定仪、高温黏度测定仪等设备对试验样品进行初步分析,成功研制出合适的无氟保护渣。再利用X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜等设备对无氟保护渣和常规含氟保护渣进行对比分析,结果表明无氟保护渣和常规含氟保护渣具有相似的微观结构及物相。色度测试还发现这两种保护渣具有相近的表面色度,说明研制的无氟保护渣具有类似润滑特性和控制传热能力。经过工业试验,证明无氟保护渣具有相同的作用、功能,可以延长浸入式水口的使用寿命,改善二冷水水质,能够满足现场使用要求。The fluorine element in mould flux for continuous casting produces harmful fluoride,creating hazards to equipment,environment and operators.The test is performed to substitute fluorine-bearing material by adding materials containing Li2O,B2O3,BaO and MnO into mould fluxes.The test sample is preliminarily analysed by X-ray fluorescence analyzer,high temperature physical property tester and high temperature viscosity tester etc.in lab,rational fluorine-free mould flux is developed.Comparative analysis is carried out on fluorine-free and regular fluorine-bearing mould fluxes by using devices such as X-ray diffractometer and field emission scanning electron microscope,the fluorine-free mould flux obtained and the regular fluorine-bearing mould flux possess similar microstructure and phase,the chromaticity test indicates that both of the mould fluxes have similar surface chroma,showing that the fluorine-free mould flux has similar lubrication property and capacity of heat transfer control.The industrial test verifies that the fluorine-free mould flux possesses the same functions,which can increase the service life time of the submerged entry nozzle,improve the quality of secondary cooling water,satisfy the site application.
