摘  要:在研制开发预硬型塑料模具钢4140过程中,以P20钢成分为依据设计了Cr-Mo和Cr-Mo-V两种成分体系,并根据现场实际情况制定了TMCP+回火工艺方案。Cr-Mo成分体系钢板硬度分布极不均匀,心部硬度在热处理前低于HRC28,不符合技术要求;Cr-Mo-V成分体系钢板平均硬度为HRC28~32,同板硬度差≤HRC2,组织为回火贝氏体。In the research and development process of pre-hardened plastic mould steel 4140,two composition systems of Cr-Mo and Cr-Mo-V are designed in accordance with the composition of P20 steel,the process of TMCP+tempering is established on the basis of actual site conditions.The steel plate of Cr-Mo composition system possesses extremely uneven hardness distribution and core hardness lower than HRC28 before heat treatment,which doesn′t conform to the technical requirements.The steel plate of Cr-Mo-V composition system possesses average hardness values ranging from HRC28 to HRC32,hardness difference on the same plate≤HRC2 and microstructure of tempering bainite.
