摘 要:尿素生产工艺随着科技的进步和经济水平的提升而不断发展,其需要引进更多先进的设备和技术人员,不断研发新工艺,并重视设备的保养和防护,这样才能满足新时代下尿素生产的要求。二氧化碳汽提法在尿素生产中广泛应用,其具有操作简单、设备损耗小、能耗小等优点。但传统的二氧化碳汽提法应用于尿素生产中还存在着腐蚀、产品质量不理想、泄漏的问题,使其生产效果与预期目标相悖。所以如何更好地发挥二氧化碳汽提工艺的优势是尿素生产单位必须思考的问题。Urea production process is developing with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of economic level.It needs to introduce more advanced equipment and technical personnel,research and develop new processes,and pay attention to the maintenance and protection of equipment,so as to meet the requirements of urea production in the new era.Carbon dioxide stripping method is widely used in urea production.It is favored by urea production units for its advantages of simple operation,small equipment loss and energy consumption.However,there are still some problems such as corrosion,poor product quality and leakage in the application of traditional carbon dioxide stripping method in urea production,which makes the production effect contradict the expected goal.Therefore,how to give full play to the advantages of CO2 stripping process is a problem that urea production units must consider.
