摘 要:近年来,有机电致发光二极管在固态照明以及平板显示中的应用愈发广泛,逐渐受到了人们的广泛关注。与传统显示技术而相比,OLED本身具有低功耗、广视角、可柔性显示等优势,进而被广泛应用到笔记本电脑、智能手机等领域。OLED身为一种有机薄膜器件,在应用过程中材料中的载流子传输层对于整个器件性能有着十分重要的作用。通过论述苯并咪唑衍生物的相关概述,探究了该物质在生物电子传输材料合成中的应用。In recent years,the application of organic electroluminescent diodes in solid-state lighting and flat panel displays has become more and more widespread,and it has gradually received widespread attention.Compared with traditional display technology,OLED itself has the advantages of low power consumption,wide viewing angle,flexible display,etc.,and is widely used in notebook computers,smart phones and other fields.According to the development history of OLED,OLED is an organic thin-film device.In the application process,the carrier transport layer in the material has an effect on the performance of the entire device Has a very important role.The main content of this article explores the application of this substance in the synthesis of bioelectron transport materials by discussing the relevant overview of benzimidazole derivatives.
