摘  要:随着我国经济的发展,国民生活水平提升,几乎每个家庭都拥有汽车,然而尾气污染问题也日益严峻,严重破坏生态平衡。国家出台相关政策后,提出了新的尾气排放指标,并使得清洁能源的研发被提上日程。FCC汽油加氢脱硫技术能够除去汽油中的硫元素,使其燃烧产物中不含硫化物,从而减轻尾气的危害,提供低污染甚至是零污染燃料,实现可持续发展。结合实际工业生产中的问题,分析了FCC汽油加氢脱硫工艺的特点、技术要点及其研究进展。With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,almost every family has a car.However,the problem of exhaust pollution is increasingly serious,which seriously damages the ecological balance.After the government issued relevant policies,it put forward new exhaust emission indicators,and put the research and development of clean energy on the agenda.FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization technology can remove sulfur elements from gasoline and make its combustion products free of sulfide,so as to reduce the harm of tail gas,provide low pollution or even zero pollution fuel for people and realize sustainable development.Based on the problems in the actual industrial production,this paper analyzes the characteristics,technical points and research progress of FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization process.
