高效脱硫剂在液化气脱硫净化中的应用

摘　　要：针对民用液化气标准对硫含量的要求,在催化裂化液化气脱硫净化工艺中,采用高效脱硫剂,考察了其对液化气所含硫化物的脱除效果。试用结果表明,脱硫装置运行平稳,脱后液化气中硫化氢含量为0.12mg/m^3,总硫含量为59.41mg/m^3,总有机硫脱除率在64%以上。in accordance with the requirements of Civil liquefied gas standard for sulfur content,in the desulfurization and purification process of FCCU liquefied gas,high efficiency desulfurizer was used to investigate its removal effect on sulfide contained in liquefied gas.The test results show that the desulfurizer runs smoothly and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the liquefied gas after desalting is 0.12mg/m^3 The total sulfur content is 59.41mg/m^3,and the total organic sulfur removal rate is more than 64%.
