摘 要:近些年来,我国工业生产取得较快进步的同时,在强调工业生产效率的同时,也开始重视工业粉煤灰锅炉的热效率问题和环保问题。工业锅炉是当前多个行业进行工业化生产的重要动力输出设备。工业煤粉锅炉在应用过程中具有负荷调节速度快、燃料燃烧充分、燃烧效率高以及即开即停的显著优点,与此同时,煤粉锅炉应用过程中是将传统的煤块燃料进行预先研磨,待煤块充分研磨成煤粉后再通过机器内部的气流将煤粉导入燃烧室中进行燃烧,资源浪费现象显著降低。但是,工业煤粉锅炉应用中也存在着一些问题有待改善,主要对此进行了分析。In recent years,while China’s industrial production has made rapid progress,while emphasizing the efficiency of industrial production,people have begun to pay more attention to the thermal efficiency and environmental protection of industrial fly ash boilers.Industrial boilers are important power output equipment for industrial production in many industries.Industrial pulverized coal boilers have the obvious advantages of fast load regulation,sufficient fuel combustion,high combustion efficiency,and instant stop during application.At the same time,in the application of pulverized coal boilers,traditional coal lump fuel is pre-grinded After the coal lumps are fully ground into coal powder,the coal powder is introduced into the combustion chamber for combustion through the air flow inside the machine,and the waste of resources is significantly reduced.However,there are some problems that need to be improved in the application of industrial pulverized coal boilers.This article analyzes this.
