摘　　要：甲醛是重要的工业生产原料,在很多工业生产领域扮演着较为重要的作用,做好甲醛生产的安全性保障工作非常关键。从甲醛生产过程来看,总体过程较为复杂,各项工艺条件要求较为苛刻。从甲醛生产的主要工艺分析入手,研究了甲醛生产中存在的主要火灾爆炸危险,并提出了甲醛生产火灾爆炸危险防范措施。Formaldehyde is an important raw material for industrial production and plays an important role in many industrial production fields.It is critical to do a good job in ensuring the safety of formaldehyde production.From the point of view of the production process of formaldehyde,the overall process is more complicated,and the requirements of various process conditions are more demanding.Starting from the analysis of the main process of formaldehyde production,the main fire and explosion hazards in the production of formaldehyde are studied,and the preventive measures for the fire and explosion hazards of formaldehyde production are proposed.
