摘  要:目的探讨全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪在外科病理诊断中的应用价值。方法收集解放军总医院病理科自2018年3月至2018年5月,130例临床送检的不同脏器的常规手术切除标本,充分固定后,在每例标本相同部位取材,大小为<1.5cm×1.5cm×0.2cm的组织2块,同时分成2组,第一组使用常规全封闭自动脱水机处理作为对照组;另外一组使用全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪80 min标准程序进行处理,作为实验组。两组标本经过组织处理后,再同时进行石蜡包埋、切片,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,由3位病理医师用盲法,镜下观察,评价切片质量,对比差异。结果 130例不同脏器组织常规处理的对照组,H-E染色切片的合格率为97.7%,使用快速组织处理仪标准程序处理的实验组的切片合格率为93.8%,实验组与对照组切片质量差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.373,P=0.123)。结论对固定充分的不同脏器标本,使用全自动微波辅助快速组织处理仪进行快速组织处理,大大缩短了组织处理时间,对组织形态没有明显影响,HE切片质量合格,可以应用于辅助病理诊断。Objective To investigate the application value of the automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue treatment instrument in surgical pathological diagnosis.Methods We collected 130 normal tissue samples of different viscera from the PLA General Hospital during the period of Mar,2018 to May,2018.After fixed preparation,2 objective tissues were obtained from the same part of the viscera and divide into 2 groups,and the volumes of the tissues were below 1.5cm×1.5cm×0.2cm.Group 1 was treated as control and used the traditional tissue processor to be hydro-extracted,while Group 2 was treated with full-automatic microwave assisted rapid tissue processor for 80 minutes.After tissue processing,the samples were paraffin embedded,sliced and stained with hematoxylin and eosin(H-E).Then the HE slides were compared and scored in microscopic examination by three pathologists independently and blindly.Results The pass rate of the control group from 130 samples which used traditional tissue processor was 97.7%,while the rate was 93.8%in the test group that processed by automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue processor.However,there was no significant distinction between the control and test groups(χ^2=2.373,P=0.123).Conclusion Using automatic microwave-assisted rapid tissue processor to treat the samples obtained from the fixed tissues can not only substantially shorten the processing time,but also has no significant influence on the tissue morphology,and the quality of the HE sections has no significant difference,which could be used for assisting the pathological diagnosis.
