摘　　要：本文介绍了X波段收发组件系统的整体设计方案,简要分析了X波段收发组件分量的各项指标。并设计了X波段收发组件的系统框图。结合系统框图分配指标,实现发射功率33dBm^35dBm,接收通道增益不小于50dB的高性能X波段收发组件。This paper introduces the design method of X band transmit/receive component,and briefly analyzes the indicators of X band transmit/receive component.Based on this,the system block diagram of X band transmit/receive component is designed.Combined with transmit/receive system block diagram and assigned indicators,designed a high performance X band transmit/receive component which achieved RF power 33dBm^35dBm and,receive channel gain not less than 50dB.
