摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定藤黄健骨胶囊(熟地黄、鸡血藤、淫羊藿等)中梓醇、地黄苷D、益母草苷、儿茶素、表儿茶素、甘草素、美迪紫檀素、淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Shim-pack GIST C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、270、280 nm。结果 9种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 2),平均加样回收率96.95%~100.01%,RSD 0.76%~1.45%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于藤黄健骨胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of catalpol,rehmannioside D,ajugol,(+)⁃catechin,epicatechin,liquiritigenin,medicarpin,icariin and baohuosideⅠin Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Spatholobi Caulis,Epimedii Folium,etc.).METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Shim⁃pack GIST C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,270,280 nm.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9992),whose average recoveries were 96.95%-100.01%with the RSDs of 0.76%~1.45%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules.
