摘　　要：目的研究轮钟花Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh) Kurz果实的化学成分。方法轮钟花果实70%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HW-40C凝胶柱、半制备型HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(2)、乙基β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、胞苷(4)、紫丁香苷(5)、5-羟基-2-羟甲基吡啶(6)、党参炔苷(7)、香豆素(8)。结论所有化合物均为首次从轮钟花属植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Cyclocodon lancifolius(Roxburgh)Kurz.METHODS The 70%ethanol extract of C.lancifolius was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH⁃20,HW⁃40C and semipreparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physico⁃chemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as luteolin(1),5⁃hydroxymethylfurfural(2),ethylβ⁃D⁃glucopyranoside(3),cytidine(4),siringin(5),5⁃hydroxyl⁃2⁃hydroxymethylpyridine(6),lobetyolin(7),coumarin(8).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from genus Cyclocodon for the first time.
