摘　　要：分析1例秋水仙碱中毒并发脑桥外髓鞘溶解症患者的临床表现及诊治过程,探讨其发病机制。提高对秋水仙碱中毒引起低钠血症的重视,对于改善患者的预后及生活质量有着重要意义。To analyze the clinical presentation and the treatment process of one case of colchicine poisoning complicated with extra pontine myelinolysis and discuss its pathogenesis.Increasing the attention of hyponatremia caused by colchicine poisoning is of great significance for improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
