摘　　要：研究试制采用小分仓六面包覆阻隔防火技术,设计了ARS保模板板型构造,确定了原材料性能要求,优化了生产工艺参数,改造的生产设备具备了大规模生产的条件,生产的ARS保模板性能优,形成的ARS保模板现浇混凝土复合保温系统达到了A级防火要求,属于保温结构一体化技术,具有与建筑结构同寿命、安全可靠、施工方便等特点。The paper develops 6-side-cover fire-protecting technology with small-capsule,designs ARS template structure,determines raw material performance demand,and optimizes producing technology parameter.As a result,the transformed producing equipment possesses large-scale production condition,the produced ARS template has great performance,the formed ARS template cast-in-situ composite thermal insulating system achieves grade-A fire-protecting demands,which belongs to the integral thermal insulation structure technique and possess a lot of advantages,such as same life-cycle,safe and reliable,and construction convenient and so on.
