摘　　要：电气工程设计的质量决定着高层住在小区的建筑物功能的稳定性和多样性,根据研究需要,以郑州市金兰湾住宅小区为研究对象,详细阐释了高层住宅小区的供配电系统、火灾自动报警和消防联动控制系统,以及防雷接地系统,能够满足当前住在小区用电的需要,实现对火灾情况最大化得到有效控制,减少火灾带来的损失,防雷的设计能够提供一个更具保护性和安全性的系统,为城市高层住宅建筑物的电气工程设计提供参考和借鉴。The electrical engineering design qualit y determines the high-rise living in communit y f unctional diversity a nd s tability of the building,a ccording to r esearch needs,to the bay r esidential district of z hengzhou city as the research object,and illustrates the power supply system of high-rise residential district in detail,the automatic f ire alarm and f ire linkage control system,grounding system,and can meet the needs of currently living in village electricity,maximizing of f ire control,reduce live in losses,lightning protection design can provide a more protective and safety systems,electrical engineering design of the high-rise residential buildings for the city to provide the reference and reference.
