摘 要:水凝胶作为一种新型的高分子吸附材料,在染料废水的处理方面有着广泛的应用。为了研究水凝胶对不同染料的选择性吸附性能,将实验室制备的P(AM-AANa)水凝胶用于对碱性藏花红(ST)、亚甲基蓝(MB)、孔雀石绿(MG)及结晶紫(CV)四种染料废水的吸附实验中,对比水凝胶对不同染料的吸附性能,并利用SEM对照水凝胶在吸附染料前后的形貌。实验结果表明,P(AM-AANa)水凝胶对MB的吸附效果最佳,然后依次为CV、MG和ST,P(AM-AANa)水凝胶对ST、MB、MG及CV的吸附率分别为2. 6%、16. 2%、7. 9%以及12. 0%。所制备的水凝胶对不同染料存在差异性吸附,这一结论可以为研制染料专属吸附剂提供一定的研发思路和参考价值。As a new polymer adsorption material,hydrogel has a wide range of applications in dye sewage treatment areas.In order to study the selective adsorption properties of hydrogels for different dyes,a kind of hydrogel named as P(AM-AANa)which was prepared in our laboratory previously was used in the adsorption experiment of four kinds of dye wastewaters,including safranine T(ST),methylene blue(MB),malachite green(MG)and crystalline purple(CV).The adsorption properties of the hydrogel for different dyes were compared.Then,the morphology of hydrogels before and after dye adsorption was compared by SEM.The experimental results showed that the adsorption effect of P(AM-AANa)hydrogel to MB was the best,followed by CV,MG and ST.The adsorption rates of ST,MB,MG and CV on hydrogel were 2.6%,16.2%,7.9%and 12.0%respectively.The hydrogel prepared by this study has different adsorption on different dyes.This conclusion can provide certain research ideas and reference value for the development of dye exclusive adsorbent.
