摘　　要：本文报道一款苯乙烯低挥发、硬度发展快、气干性优异的邻苯预促进触变型不饱和树脂;包括树脂的合成、表征、应用性能测试以及客户端试用。结果表明:本树脂粘度、固含、触变适中,适合手糊、喷射等施工工艺;浇铸体和玻璃钢制品的拉伸、弯曲、冲击等机械性能优异;实验室应用测试和客户生产试用结果表明:本树脂具有苯乙烯挥发性低、硬度增长快、翻模率高、机械性能好、操作性好、气干性好等优点。In this paper,a pre-promoted thixotropic phthalic anhydride unsaturated polyester resin was reported with the excellent property of low styrene emission(LSE),fast hardness development and air-drying,including the synthesis,characterization,application performance test and client trial of the modified resin.The results indicated that the viscosity,solid content and thixotropy of the synthesised resin are suitable for hand lay-up,spray-up and other construction processes;the tensile,bending and impact properties of the resin cast and fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)products were excellent;the test results of laboratory application and customer production showed that the resin has the advantages of low volatility of styrene,fast hardness development,high molding rate,good mechanical properties,good operability and excellent air-drying.
