摘  要:大同煤储量丰富,但其灰熔点高一直制约着其应用,因此本文针对高灰熔点的大同煤进行配煤研究,以达到气化所需的灰熔点。对低温化处理的大同煤进行TGA-DTA分析,并对不同温度范围的大同煤及配煤进行XRF及SEM-EDS分析,研究表明:灰渣中的含钠矿物800℃之前大部分蒸发,灰渣表面呈现的熔融状态并不完全相同,因局部元素含量有所偏差,致使其形态不同。Datong coal is rich in reserves,but its high ash melting point has been restricting its application.Therefore,this paper studies the blending of Datong coal with high ash melting point to achieve the ash melting point required for gasification.TGA-DTA analysis was carried out on Datong coal treated with low temperature,and XRF and SEM-EDS analysis were carried out on Datong coal and blending coal with different temperature ranges.The results showed that most of the sodium-containing minerals in ash and slag evaporated before reaching 800℃,and the molten state of ash and slag surface was not completely the same,because of the deviation of the local element content,resulting in different forms.
