摘 要:通过光电直读光谱法对纯金中铜含量的测量不确定性进行了评定,通过建立数学模型,对评定过程中不确定的来源及组成进行了分析与计算。通过计算得出纯金标准样Au5#中铜含量测量结果的合成不确定度为0. 0031%,扩展不确定度为0. 0062%。由评定结果可以看出,工作曲线拟合和标准物质定值的不确定度分量是最影响合成不确定度的重要因素。The measurement uncertainty of copper in pure gold was evaluated by photoelectric direct-reading spectrometry,and the source and composition of uncertainty in the evaluation process were analyzed and calculated by establishing a mathematical model.The calculation result showed that the combined uncertainty of the measurement result of copper content in pure gold standard sample Au5#was 0.0031%,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.0062%.It could be seen from the evaluation results that the working curve fitting and the uncertainty component of the standard value of the reference material were the most important factors that affected the combined uncertainty.
