摘  要:采用汽液双循环法测定了间苯二甲胺(MXDA)和苯胺在低压下(30 mm Hg和50 mm Hg)的汽液平衡数据,并校验实验数据的Herington热力学一致性,结果表明实验数据满足热力学一致性要求。对实验数据用Wilson热力学方程进行了关联,得到了模型的二元交互作用参数,汽相组成的模型计算值和回归值的平均相对误差在5%以内。实验结果不仅完善了间苯二甲胺的汽液平衡热力学数据,而且为间苯二甲胺生产的后续分离工艺提供了理论依据。Vapor-Liquid data of meta-xylenediamine-aniline system in vacuum(under the pressure of 30mmHg and 50 mmHg)were determined using recirculation still.All the experimental data were tested by the method proposed by Herington and the results showed that the experimental data conform to demand of thermodynamic consistency.The experimental data were correlated with Wilson Equation,and the binary interaction parameters were regressed.The average relative deviation of calculated data and that of experimental data were under 5%.This study enriches the VLE thermodynamic database of meta-xylenediamine,and provides theory of the following separation process of producing meta-xylenediamine.
