油气管道与基础设施之间安全距离的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化的发展及扩张,在其建设、维护过程中,与各种公共基础设施的矛盾日益凸显。为了保证油气管道的安全运行,分别分析了基础设施中地面建筑物、地下构筑物、架空输电线路和交流接地体、铁路和公路与油气管道安全距离的国内外标准,同时对安全距离不足时可能造成的后果进行了分析阐述,为油气管道企业与政府相关管理监督部门提供参考。With the development of urbanization in China,contradiction between oil and gas pipeline and public infrastructure is increased.Chinese and foreign standards about safe distance between oil and gas pipeline and ground structures,underground structures,overhead transmission lines,alternating earth lead,railway and highway are analyzed in order to ensure its safe operation.The consequences of lack of safe distances are explained.This paper provides reference for oil and gas pipeline enterprises and relevant government management.
