摘　　要：随着我国民爆行业生产力水平的快速发展,以及对人民生命财产保护的需求,从水胶炸药中和工序、混合和包装三个方面进行分析,研究设计出一套远程控制及安全监控系统。通过远程操作,在中和工序中实时控制硝酸和一甲胺加入的量,对氮气、罐内温度、压力、pH值等参数进行实时监控和操作来控制硝酸与一甲胺的反应;混合时可实现各物料的加料、称重的模块化、自动化;包装工艺采用自主研发的ZZB-1工业炸药智能包装装备,可实现收集药卷、计数、称重、剔除废品、捆扎、装箱等整个过程的自动化;生产线全线联动联控系统可以及时发现、排除故障,保障水胶炸药的安全生产。With the rapid development of the productivity level of the civil explosive industry in China,and the demand for the protection of people's lives and properties,a set of remote control and safety monitoring system is designed by analyzing the neutralization process,mixing and packaging of water gel explosive.Through remote operation,the quantity of nitric acid and monomethylamine can be controlled in real time in neutralization process,and the reaction of nitric acid and monomethylamine can be controlled by real-time monitoring of parameters such as nitrogen,temperature in tank,pressure,pH value,etc.;the modularization and automation of material feeding and weighing can be realized when mixing;the packaging process can be realized by using the self-developed ZZB-1 industrial explosive intelligent packaging equipment The automation of the whole process of collecting drug roll,counting,weighing,rejecting waste products,bundling,packing,etc.;the whole production line linkage joint control system can discover and eliminate faults in time,so as to ensure the safety production of water gel explosive.
