摘　　要：工业副产石膏中含有杂质,水溶性杂质可以通过洗涤过滤的方式去除。对于洗涤过滤设备,首先要满足脱除杂质的效果,同时要考虑过程的能耗、水耗以及所得原料的含水率。本文介绍并对比分析带式真空过滤机、过滤式离心机、自动洗涤压滤机,对设备的应用提出合理建议。Industrial by-product gypsum contains impurities,and water-soluble impurities can be removed by washing and filtering.For washing and filtering equipment,the effect of removing impurities must be satisfied first,and the energy consumption,water consumption of the process and the moisture content of the raw materials obtained must be considered.This article introduces and comparatively analyzes the belt vacuum filter,filter centrifuge,and automatic washing filter press,and reasonable suggestions for the application of the equipment are offered.
