摘 要:在炼钢保护渣的生产过程中,会产生大量高浊度、高色度、高碱性的工业废水。本研究采用混凝沉淀法对炼钢保护渣生产废水进行絮凝处理研究,使处理后废水达到污水处理厂的进水标准。在实验过程中,以处理后废水的COD值和氨氮含量为考察指标,将聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)等不同种类的絮凝剂单独或复配使用,对炼钢保护渣废水进行处理,寻求废水处理的最佳药物添加量。结果显示,每100 m L废水投加12 m L PAC(质量分数为5%)和8 m L PAM(质量分数为0. 1%)进行絮凝处理,再投加1 m L次氯酸钠溶液(有效浓度为10%)进行脱色,效果最好。In the production process of steelmaking slag,a large amount of industrial wastewater with high turbidity,high chroma and high alkalinity will be produced.In this paper,the coagulation and sedimentation method is used to study the flocculation treatment of steelmaking slag wastewater,so that the treated wastewater can reach the standard of the sewage treatment plant.In the course of the experiment,the COD value and ammonia nitrogen content of the treated wastewater were taken as indicators,and different types of flocculants such as polyacrylamide(PAM)and polyaluminum chloride(PAC)were used alone or in combination to protect steel.The slag wastewater is treated to find the optimal amount of drug to be added for wastewater treatment.The results showed that 12 mL of PAC(mass fraction 5%)and 8 mL of PAM(mass fraction of 0.1%)were added to each 100 mL of wastewater for flocculation treatment,and then 1 mL of sodium hypochlorite solution(effective concentration of 10%)was added for decolorization,and the effect was the best.
