围术期康复运动训练指导对介入手术主动脉夹层及成人先心病患者康复效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期康复运动训练指导对主动脉夹层及成人先心病介入手术患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月于我院拟期行介入手术治疗的主动脉夹层及成人先心病患者200例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与常规组,两组患者均为100例。常规组患者予以围术期常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上联合围术期康复运动训练指导,比较两组患者的康复效果。结果观察组干预后的生活质量QOF评分(62.65±5.19)分明显优于常规组,舒适度评分(91.69±3.18)分、满意度评分(90.15±7.61)分明显高于常规组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的SDS评分(33.47±6.13)分、SAS评分(34.68±7.42)分均显著低于常规组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率4%明显低于常规组的14%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期康复运动训练指导可有效减少主动脉夹层及成人先心病介入手术患者术后并发症发生,提高患者的舒适度,改善患者的生活质量,患者满意度更高,值得推荐。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative rehabilitation exercise guidance on the rehabilitation of patients with aortic dissection and adult congenital heart disease undergoing interventional surgery.Methods 200 patients with aortic dissection and adult congenital heart disease who were scheduled to undergo interventional surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and routine group according to random number table method.Routine group was given perioperative routine nursing,while observation group was combined with perioperative rehabilitation exercise training guidance to compare the rehabilitation effect of the two groups.Results The QOF score of the observation group after intervention was significantly better than that of the routine group(62.65±5.19),comfort(91.69±3.18),satisfaction(90.15±7.61)was significantly higher than that of the routine group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(33.47±6.13)and 34.68±7.42),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4%lower than that in the conventional group(14%),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative rehabilitation exercise training guidance can effectively reduce the complications of aortic dissection and adult patients with congenital heart disease after interventional surgery,improve the comfort of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,patients with higher satisfaction,it is worth recommending.
