摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在甲状腺手术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取该院在2018年7月—2018年12月接受治疗的60例甲状腺手术后患者作为研究对象,依据随机抽签法,将其分为两组,即观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。统计比较两组患者不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度(100%)高于对照组(80%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(6.7%)明显低于对照组(26.7%),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术后患者在麻醉复苏室采取优质护理干预后,可使护理满意度明显提高,且不良反应发生率较低,甲状腺手术患者实施综合护理干预措施的临床效果十分显著。Objective To explore the application value of of high quality nursing of patients after hypothyroid surgery.Methods 60 cases of patients admitted to our chest hospital from July 2018 to December 2018 were selected as observation subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely,observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Routine nursing care was carried out in the control group,comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group,the satisfaction of nursing was compared statistically.Statistical comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of nursing was compared statistically between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction of the observation group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(80%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(6.7%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients after hypothyroid surgery after high quality nursing in anaesthesia recovery room,It can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,The clinical effect of nursing.intervention measures in hypothyroid surgery patients is very significant.
