快速原型技术在航空零部件设计实践教学中的应用探析

摘  要:随着我国经济的发展,许多新型技术出现在我国制造业中,快速原型技术就是其中的一种,该技术是上个世纪末期出现的一种科学制造技术,它包含了机械学、物理学、材料学等多种学科。航空零部件设计教学中也大量的运用到了快速原型技术,许多院校为航空零部件设计实践开设了快速原型技术的训练课程,极大的锻炼了学生的动手能力,激发了学生的创造力。并且在设计教学内容时,学校根据不同的专业和学生的能力,开展了更符合学生实际情况的实训课程,有效的拓展了学生的知识面,加深了对专业知识的理解,取得了事半功倍的学习效果。本文首先简要概括了快速原型技术的基本概念,其次说明了在航空零部件设计实践教学中开展快读原型技术实训课程的重要性,最后为快速原型技术实训课程能够顺利开展,提出一些建议。with the development of China's economy,many new technologies appear in China's manufacturing industry,rapid prototyping technology is one of them,the technology is a scientific manufacturing technology emerged at the end of the last century,it includes mechanics,physics,materials science and other disciplines.Rapid prototyping technology has also been widely used in the design teaching of aviation parts.Many colleges and universities have set up training courses of rapid prototyping technology for the design practice of aviation parts,which has greatly exercised students'hands-on ability and stimulated their creativity.In addition,when designing the teaching content,the school carries out practical training courses that are more in line with the actual situation of students according to different majors and students'abilities,which effectively expands students'scope of knowledge,deepens their understanding of professional knowledge,and achieves twice the result with half the effort.This paper first briefly summarizes the basic concept of rapid prototyping technology,then explains the importance of developing quick reading prototype technology training course in the practical teaching of aviation parts design,and finally puts forward some Suggestions for the smooth development of rapid prototyping technology training course.
