摘　　要：计算机信息技术为各行各业都带来了一定的便利,推动了社会的进步与发展。企业办公的逐步自动化大大提升了企业办公的效率,促进了企业的快速发展。计算机信息处理技术仍在快速的发展中,对人们生活的推动作用越来越显著,在企业的日常办公中也已经广泛使用,提升了企业的办公效率,也带动了企业全面的发展。所以企业应该了解计算机信息技术的特点和作用,结合自身的情况采用合适的信息技术来提升日常办公相关的工作,推动企业的科学化发展。Computer information technology has brought certain conveniences to all walks of life and promoted social progress and development.The gradual automation of corporate offices has greatly improved the efficiency of corporate offices and promoted the rapid development of enterprises.Computer information processing technology is still developing rapidly,and its role in promoting people's lives is becoming more and more significant.It has also been widely used in the daily office of enterprises,which has improved the office efficiency of enterprises and also promoted the overall development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises should understand the characteristics and functions of computer information technology,and use appropriate information technology to improve their daily office-related work according to their own conditions and promote the scientific development of enterprises.
