摘 要:环状RNA(circRNA)是一类不能正常编码蛋白质的共价闭合环状RNA分子。circRNA涉及许多正常的生理过程和疾病的发病机制。越来越多的研究表明心肌纤维化的发生和发展与circRNA的调节密切相关。该文总结当前关于circRNA生物起源和功能的认识,进一步强调circRNA在心肌纤维化中的最新进展和作为新型生物标志物、治疗靶标的潜力。Circular RNA(circRNA) are a category of covalently closed circRNA molecules that normally do not encode proteins.circRNA are involved in many physiological processes as well as the pathogenesis of diseases.A growing number of studies have reported that the incidence and development of cardiac fibrosis is closely associated with the regulation of circRNA.This review summarizes the current understanding of circRNA biogenesis and function,highlighting the recent updates regarding the involvement of circRNA in cardiac fibrosis,and their potential as novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
