摘  要:研究目的:探究较大强度的游泳训练在青年男女减重过程中的作用效果。研究方法:选取40名青年志愿者(其BMI都大于28),随机分为2组,分别为对照组和实验组,每组20名,其中每组男性青年10名、女性青年10名。运动方案:首先进行强度为60%最大心率、100 m自由游泳,然后进行强度80%最大心率、200 m游泳,85%最大心率、100 m游泳,共进行5组,组内间歇2 min,组间休息5 min(不设定泳姿,根据自身体力调控)。实验前后12 h测量全体志愿者身体指标(身高、BMI、体脂肪、骨骼肌、腰臀比、体重、内脏等级等),测试仪器为INBODY230成人体质测试仪。结论:通过合理安全有效的4周训练后,除身高外,实验组全部成员的体重、体脂肪、去脂体重、内脏等级、腰臀比皆出现明显下降,骨骼肌等明显增加,对照组无良性变化,且其身体重量和脂肪含量等指标都出现较为缓慢的增长。建议:合理的、安全的游泳训练对青年男女的肥胖有非常明显的降低作用。The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of swimming training on weight loss of young men and women.Methods:40 young volunteers with BMI greater than 28 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and test group,20 in each group,10 male and 10 female.Exercise program:first,swim at an intensity of 60%maximum heart rate,100 m free swimming,then perform an intensity of 80%maximum heart rate,200 m swimming,85%maximum heart rate,100 m swimming,a total of 5 groups,intermittent within 2 minutes,group Take a 5 minute break(do not set the swimming stroke,adjust according to your physical strength).The body indexes(height,BMI,body fat,skeletal muscle,waist-hip ratio,body weight,visceral grade,etc.)of all volunteers were measured 12 hours before and after the experiment.Result:after 4 weeks of reasonable,safe and effective training,the weight,body fat,fat-free weight,visceral grade,waist-hip ratio of all the members in the experimental group decreased significantly except height.Skeletal muscle and so on increased significantly.But there was no benign change in the control group.Body weight and fat content showed relatively slow growth.Conclusion:reasonable and safe swimming training can significantly reduce the obesity of young men and women.
